HPF high-pressure piston seal is a double-acting piston seal developed for demanding hydraulic applications, particularly in mining hydraulic supports and heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders. It is designed for pistons subjected to pressure from both sides and is especially suitable for large-diameter piston applications.
HPF composite piston seal features a full-coverage anti-extrusion support ring, providing enhanced resistance to extrusion and deformation under high-pressure conditions. Under static sealing conditions, the pressure rating is up to 120 MPa, helping maintain reliable sealing performance in demanding mining environments.
With its compact profile and wear-resistant sealing design, HPF is a reliable choice for hydraulic systems requiring high pressure resistance, durability, and consistent sealing performance.
